What if I do not have the product fully defined yet?
You do not need to have everything solved. We support you from the discovery stage through development and launch. Together, we define the roadmap, validate features and move forward sprint by sprint.
What is the work process like?
We work in two-week sprints with clear goals. You will have an assigned team led by a Project Manager who acts as your main point of contact. We use management tools and a shared backlog to keep transparency, focus and a steady pace.
